Future Mortgage
Future Mortgages is part of the giant banking group Citigroup, and it promises to treat every customer as an individual. However, you can't apply for a Future mortgage online and the available information is sketchy – if you want to find out APRs and arrangement fees, you'll need to phone.
Future Mortgages is part of banking giant Citigroup, and it promises to treat each application on its own merits. There doesn't seem to be a range of packages to choose from, though: according to the site, a Future mortgage is a single one-size-fits-all product. You can choose between capital repayment, capital and interest or interest only, and that's about it.
The site should try and sell you a Future mortgage, but it doesn't seem particularly interested: if you wade through the blurb you'll discover that it's possible to get a mortgage without paying the Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee (MIG), but there's no indication of the APR you'll pay, the arrangement fees charged or any other terms and conditions.
