A new fixed-rate mortgage deal has been offered by national housebuilder Gladedale.
The subsidised deal is available for a limited time on a selected range of properties across the builder's 150 UK developments.
These include homes in Doncaster, Leeds, Bawtry and Liversedge.
The mortgage carries a rate of 3.99 per cent for three years.
Warren Thompson of Gladedale Yorkshire said that the builder was "committed to helping buyers secure their new property through a range of innovative solutions".
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any others currently on offer on Gladedale's developments.
Gladedale is also providing a "safety net" for buyers who wish to purchase one of its properties but are worried about selling in the current climate.
A range of schemes are available including the Safety Net Part Exchange initiative.
Under this deal, Gladedale will pay an agreed price for a buyer's home if it does not sell six weeks before the buyer moves into the Gladedale property.
But buyers can accept higher offers than Gladedale's if one is made.
